    Low calorie count + workouts = tired

    @needgod09 100 calories isn't a huge difference IMO. At 5'7", starting at overweight, and with exercise you should be able to lose 0.5-2lbs a week with either estimate depending on how sedentary you are during the day and how much exercise you get. If 1450 works for you great but 1550 shouldn't...
