My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

@ladyburt53 I’d just use Amazon to order. The order is fulfilled by avvatar themselves so minimal chances of getting fake products.

My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

@ladyburt53 Naturaltein is good, no doubt, but quite expensive. I don’t see any reason to spend 500-1000 extra for almost the same thing. Also never trust any social media person who promotes a thing. Almost always they’ve been paid to say the right things, and no one’s going to criticize...

My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

@ladyburt53 Avvatar is goated. Really good quality and loved the malai kulfi flavour. It’s a bit on the pricey side but it’s really good quality.

@rattikin That's a solid choice, although I'm disheartened to know that a fraudulent company like BM got your hard-earned money.

My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

@navigator8752 Sure, I've personally tried the Mango, Chocolate and Banana flavours and found them all to be pretty good, although nothing to write home about. Banana actually surprised me because other brands really sweeten their flavoured offerings, but nakpro banana flavour wasn't overly...

@aquietvoice Yes, they're making all the right moves entering the market. Honestly I'm surprised at their glacial pace. Amul processes like lakhs of liters of milk daily (i'm guessing here) so they should've cornered the market on whey by now but I guess bureaucracy and red tape held them back...

My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

@aquietvoice The whey I ordered is still in transit so have not tried it yet. They've stated 25g protein in a 32g sachet. Their buttermilk and mango lassi were tested by reputed youtubers and found the protein content to be accurate. Amul is a pretty reputable brand so I assume they'd have...

@vgjcm True, but it is very pocket friendly. The trick is to blend it with a banana (or any other fruit) and it's good to go.

My guide to the best whey protein and protein sources that have worked for me

I see a lot of posts asking about the best whey protein so I'd like to contribute my 2 paisas here. The cheapest option for protein has to be eggs. Where I live a 30 egg tray costs 180 rupees. That's 6 rs per egg, and each egg has approximately 6g of protein. So 1g protein for 1rs. Not bad...
