    @undergodsmercytoo I think you are right. Had the same realisation from reading some of the comments. Eat at maintenance, keep exercising and at least keep good habits until I can continue dieting again.

    @04tro4108 It literally isn't hunger. The energy boost from suger = me working 2-3x faster, better, etc. But you are right - it would be better to up protein in my meals and perhaps calories a bit higher when I have lots of work.
