    @knowhisjoy77 It sounds like I need to up the steak intake lol! I mostly stick with chicken and pork. Cows were my favorite animal when I was younger so I tend to stay away from eating beef very often :D

    @knowhisjoy77 Reaching 100+ g of protein is difficult for me. I am pretty new to it still so I probably just need to play around with what I am eating.

    @ibelong Great points! I just started Keto and had issues getting anywhere close to my protein so I decided to supplement with powder. :D
