    Night vs Morning Workouts

    @momma2hunterbear Me too. I run within 15 min of finishing breakfast. Breakfast is all fast simple carbs and coffee. Like toast with jam or a banana. Second breakfast (post run) is almost all protein, complex carbs, and some fat.

    @eyeq Great synergy between lifting, running, and hiking up hills. I guess not specializing is what has really helped. I used to just run.

    @sickofallthelies I think looking strong as hell is a great goal. It's clear and useful for guiding training. Have you considered doing boxing or anything similar? Could be a fun way to supplement the lifting. Congrats again!
