A question for runners with thick thighs

@timothysir I haven’t tried them but I know that Lululemon has one or two styles meant for stronger thighs. The extra room might help them not ride up.

After the recent "ladies of X-height" posts..

@thehindubrahmin I don't know what I weigh regularly. I get weighed at the doctor's -- I have a chronic disease, and I see docs relatively regularly, and some of them weigh me in (they are specialists, they do it for everyone after you check in). That's enough for me. For me, I equate weight...

32 Workouts in 17 Days: Ask Me Anything!

@mariab626 This is probably good timing, then, as you don't want to mess around too close to the race. Let me know how it goes! The weights will likely improve the running, too. Good luck on the half!

32 Workouts in 17 Days: Ask Me Anything!

@dawn16 All of the above, OP. Your routine is missing a lot.

Are any of you in the health/fitness field as a career?

@notpaige I was a fitness instructor, worked at two gyms, and did personal training (in home and at one of the gyms). I also taught classes at a park. I started because I was (a) really interested in it and loved being active, then (b) got certified in personal training and fitness instructing...
