    @hunter101 Thanks for the detailed response! None of these are set in stone and will probably adjust them along the way. But pull up is something I really want to get right.. I’ve always avoided it, even in my fitter 20s.

I used to get terrible shin splints earlier, which has subsided now probably because of strength training & losing some weight. But that is something I’m always worried about while running...
