    Is 3 hours in the gym too much?

    @asdtmr12 It's unnecessary. Unless it's something you enjoy doing and you're recovering fine I'd cut the volume a bit.

    @patdude832 I think it's a fine idea. As long as you're talking like 1-3 sets. Anything more every day may be a bit much
