    @katma Rir 4 is close to failure in the data. So there is plenty of room to train that id not failure. In general I dont think going to failure often is very productive for many reasons.

    @systematiker They dont really take him very serius. Because they have listened to anything he said. He specifically tells beginners (the 3-5 first years of hard training) to do mostly high stimuli exercises with heavy weight and not that masturbation bullshit.

    @jess1 Yes it does because a large part is going to be anarobic which doesnt need you to have a high hearth rate for long to improve cardio vascular function. I repeat for most if not all people who train seriusly for hypertrophy this will make you reach the recommend cardio level for health...

    @bmackenzie88 Yes. Doing 8-12 or even higher reps on squats and deadlift etc. Is going to take care of cardio demands from a health and conditioning perspektive for most people especially if that is your bread and butter.

    @supescritter A good portion of people reach health recommend conditioning levels from recreational resistance training. That is most if not all if most of your training is 10s in compound lifts.

    @piecebypeace People come there to be pushed and high rep strength training takes care of the cardio by is self. Walking is less fatiguing than other cardio.
