    @soag Yeah. Mentally, it's very helpful to prioritize training by getting it done before work, is my experience as well. Especially when you factor in gym evening crowds, loss of motivation and energy, etc.

    @prayersword You could consider going to the gym before work and getting your workout in then. I used to do that when I worked in an office.
