@need That’s honestly very fair! I feel like when I compare myself to an average person I see a difference. Just not when I look on social media I guess
@lorune Cool! I'll check it out! I have run a PPL a couple times but I always felt like it wasn't enough volume for me but I could always add more too!

@dawn16 Honestly I think you could be totally right... my Apple Watch says my maintenance is like 2600 but I didn't think it was accurate because it seemed so high!
@dawn16 I’m 25! I forgot to add that haha yah I’ve actually really only recently upped my calories to 2200 about a month ago from 1800/2000 and I’m actually the same exact weight.. so you could be right
@seaweed09 I used to deadlift but I don’t anymore because I felt like it was putting too much stress on my back. I was DL 225 as my mac when I stopped. I’m not sure what’s telling about that?
