    @samiwhitie Like the dude below said, just use them when your grip starts to fail. They're also good for BB Rows and even front squats if you have wrist mobility issues. I even use them on dumbbell rows when I do 100 lbs+ because it allows me to focus more on the actual muscle I'm working...

    @samiwhitie Buy some straps bro they cost like 10 bucks. No reason to neglect deadlift gains because of weak grip.
