    How could I possibly eat less and exercise a sh*t ton more, and actually gain weight??

    @youngwolf 45 min workouts 2x/day seems a bit intense. Could be water weight and inflammation?

    Strength training vs running for fat loss?

    @pero I like to focus on strength training paired with less intense cardio. If I’m running a lot while trying to maintain a deficit, I find myself getting really, really hungry!!!
