    Whats your normal rep drop off between sets? Does it change for each exercise? Interested to hear if this varies for different people

    @lovely_krystal86 Truly depends of how close to failure I take the set, what the exercise is, how long the rest period is and what's my goal. If my rep range is 8-12 and it's my first time using that weight, first set is to 8 reps, last is as many as I can do, 2nd is somewhere between 8-12...

    Took your guys' advice and built myself a custom program, feedback welcomed

    @wmsgil I might have missed it but I couldn't find the calf exercises. Calf raises are important for my own training and I always do them first because they help with my ankle mobility, which improves my squat depth. Other than that small note I find it a solid program.
