    @gibbs41 I haven't tracked how much I eat. I feel like I eat too much. O don't drink enough water (now). But when I was weightlifting, I was more on top of it.

    @tallulah So I lifeguard a small outdoor pool with a partner. I circle the pool for a little extra measure. Checking pool clarity, poop, and overall, getting a good look at the person who is swimming (checking for exhaustion, struggling, and distress).

For context: I work two jobs: I lifeguard (I get my 20,000 steps here) in the morning at a pool 5:30am - 9:00am and reception at night 12:30pm - 9pm. (not counting the 3-hour travel times...
