    @deirdreatkins Should be fine as long as you're not doing too much volume. 20 sets per week is usually the maximum you should do per muscle

    @rijesusfreak On the contrary, I've seen many people say that you should train abs like any other muscle, so I'd just train it twice a week like any other as part of an upper-body day (i don't know many people with the balls to do abs on a leg day)

    @chris77777 Push Pull Legs upper lower, or push pull legs push pull depending on where you wanna see the most growth
