    How do you make exercise not about weight loss?

    @uticus I started when I was 40, realizing that menopause is juuust around the corner. Working out is a way for me to feel reasonably ok as I age.

    What are your non scale goals for July/august?

    @uticus For my meniscus, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis to settle tf down already and NOT get a new injury. I miss running! I miss mobility! This is bullshit.
