    @ensea12 I mean if you’re feeling really run down, lethargic, aches not just DOMs you probably need a day. Are there days where you’re going to have to drag yourself to the gym yea maybe, but there’s a difference between shit I don’t want to get out of bed and fuck I can’t get out of bed lol

    @moni079 I think it would benefit your frame if you start posing vacuums every day and learn to hit front poses with a vacuum, if you have a blocky rib cage and are able to get a tiny waist and build some nice lats on those ribs it accentuates that v taper even more with how wide your shoulders...
