    @anglocatholicshrops High is high. We are racing against the clock in the majority of CrossFit gyms. This was the norm for years, the “not for time” is very new.

    @anglocatholicshrops It’s in the definition. Constantly varied movements performed at high intensity.

    @bonlin We’re gonna look back on this high intensity every session as a bit of a mistake. Even some of the ogs have changed their tune regarding intensity and metcons. Gyms following these comp programs are missing the mark big time.
