    @billard Maybe you've already tried just eating yogurt, but most yogurt is pretty close to being lactose free. It's sour because the bacteria has eaten up most of the lactose. My son and my sister are both lactose intolerant and are able to eat our homemade yogurt.

    @hungry_hungry_hippo I don't like to work out after eating, so before breakfast is best. I'll usually have a banana and some coffee as a preworkout snack. In an ideal world I'd work out at 7:30 every day. By evening I'm tired and unmotivated, although I can do it if the schedule allows nothing...

    Dreaming about hiking this summer/fall (U.S.)

    @jcisthelight I haven’t done a trip like that, but if you want to fly into SLC, there are so many options! You could drive down to Moab and do Arches National Park (honestly, I’d stay there several days, it’s amazing) then head to Western Colorado and hike Ouray/Telluride/Durango.
