@roch I'm 51.. 5/4 and 120 pounds should I order medium or small. I don't want to feel like I'm suffocating but want the benefits, too ? I have hip and lower back pain.

@truckerjack56 Are they hot? Do you feel like you're suffocating in them. I'm in FL, and u can't stand hot clothing or feeling like I can breathe in my tummy. Also, is there coverage for our lady bits, or is it right out there? .lol Some leggings have a panel etc.
