    @ronlin I agree with the majority of the 4 mentioned (clean, press, squat, + row), but 2 things I'd add and just to round things out are floor press (chest) and swings because kettlebells are made to swing.

    @proudsoccermom So I go to the gym at least twice a week and do things I can't do at home.

    What’s in your water bottle at the gym?

    @tetabecky Yes! There has been tonnes of research done on it, and it'd fantastic. Honestly, I think people should be using that supplement over any other.
