    @artofmcw Yeah so its a mix of arnold split and ppl. I did ppl all the time I was training and i wanna mix it up a bit.

    @artofmcw I'd do 4 exercises each most likely superset most, 3-4 sets per exercise.

    1.Chest + back 2.Shoulders + arms 3.Legs + abs 4.Rest :) 5.Push 6.Pull 7.Legs + abs 8.Rest (:, Repeat 🔁 And cardio 2-3x a week
