@jonjones229 This is one of those events that could mess up the entire games for some of these athletes. It's only 40 minutes but those without much bike experience are going to be sore in spots they aren't used to being sore in.
@jonjones229 Why would I want to do an extra lap? Could I get off the bike and just walk it? They need to explain the points to make this make sense. Otherwise I'd just be giving myself more work to recover from.
