I’m so tired of hearing “it’s not like they’re going to the games...”

@raviathon Stepping back from it is a good idea. I'm trying to be the guy that has real pretty form on every rep, rather than big on the white board (if both cool). People notice, or at least I did/do when someone has a beautiful snatch.

Please don’t kip in your handstand push ups

@channel7 For me, agree. Kipping lets you do more hspu to a more fatigued state, and for me I come down on my head progressively harder. I'd be curious if anyone else has/had this issue.

What’s a go to longer zone 2 conditioning workout

@chibisensei21 walk for 30, run for 30 while watching your heart rate (it's a slower run than you think)

What have you done to significantly improve your conditioning

@janitrol If you don’t like straight conditioning do intervals. You can keep your HR in any zone and for me it’s a lot less monotonous. Eventually I got into long slow cardio by walking 30 then running for HR for 30 but I spent a few years doing intervals before that. The intervals can vary...

    Crossfitters w/ Type 2 Diabetes

@dawn16 Very good. The one thing I'd keep an eye on is total fiber if you're low carb but it sounds like you're doing very well. Thanks for sharing how you did it.

Recovery Tactics For Busy People Who Train Hard

@victoriousinchrist It's nice seeing someone in this forum specify that sleep varies both with activity but also with the individual. Not prioritizing sleep is clearly a mistake, but trying to sleep too long can also have detrimental effects as well. Statistically it's been known for a while...

Who are your favorite people - genuinely - in CrossFit?

@slickk77 I really liked Kevin Ogar. I still do but I had added him on Facebook years ago and we had banter back and forth even though I would never be professional with crossfit. The fact that he has continued to persevere is nothing short of inspirational.

    So I’m a 17 y/o boy and love CrossFit

@maizeemay I wouldn't take it much before you need it. They have continuing ed tests your need to pay for and pass. Given your age keep it as a hobby but keep exploring things you like doing. You may find it's more fun to do as a hobby than coach (depending on who you coach), but you may also...

    Thoughts/Opinions/Review of Linchpin's Private Track?

@stairesdustin86 This subreddit has it's fair share of trolls, take another upvote. I guess I'll get downvoted but I tried it for a month and didn't like the WoDs. I had a few specific reasons but I mostly remember the weights being very light, and largely feeling bored. I have a friend that...
