    @maria28 Some of it is valid, such as nutrition, sleep and of course consistency. But some people can’t train 6 days a week, I guarantee you someone who i instead trains 3-4 days a week can still get the same/similar results as someone training 6 days following the 5th point down.

    @harrysullivan For sure. Followed it for years and made a lot of progress. If you’re gonna do HIT style training, this is the way to go.

    @lonilsny I like Dorian Yates’ philosophy better. High Intensity but still hits each muscle group once every 7 days. 72 hours between workouts is way too much.

    @booboo222 You have to listen to your body. I switched to a modified “bro split” which is very similar to Dorian Yates routine. In my opinion, the overarching question is “are you making progress?”. If the answer is yes, then your split is fine.
