    @johnjs37 Yeah, I'm using the app Lose it, and shows what you need to eat to lose a certain amount per week to reach your goal. To do a pound and a half per week it was like 800 calories per day. Very annoying. Obviously you can go slower but a normal sized person would never need to eat that...

    @dawn16 Yes, same, Five Parks can really get you going! For a less intense yoga, I like yoga with Adrienne too.

    Any 4’9 - 5’0 ladies eat more than 1500 calories?

    @excpomelo 4’11ish. I lift weights, run 4-5 times a week and really love my body right now sitting at 104. I also do intermittent fasting but now that I’m getting stronger I’m not strict about it anymore. I eat whatever I want and don’t count calories. My life is better when I enjoy both food...
