@dontdosadness For a rest day, is it okay to do cardio (30 min ride on a peloton, for example)? How about muscles that haven't been worked (like abs)? Or is it supposed to be complete rest?
@dontdosadness As a beginner, is there any equipment I should be buying before starting on Jan 1st? I have a yoga mat... that's about it :D Do I need a pullup bar?
