    @eboigbeosayande Ehhh idk about he average Joe in 6-7 months. That’s a sqaut and deadlift that add to about 725-750 and a bench of 25-275 I don’t think most people are gonna get a 330-350 squat in a few months or lifting

    @mcewan_15 Even if you look at top competitors they are doing static lifting that is often not present in a CrossFit class. I’ve watched training videos of games athletes doing dumbbell flies.     @mcewan_15 This is why I do at least 2 body building style workouts a week. I’m not doing competitions anymore so I just do what makes it fun for me. And CrossFit classes alone misses some things

    @sanchez55 Volume can hinder CrossFit goals. A strength portion plus a wod every day is putting your eggs in too many baskets if just general fitness isn’t what you want and you really want to be better at the sport. Strength cycle? Do more lifting and only wod to maintain a few days a week...
