    @usnuzuloose If you’re on the bike next to me and having a conversation doesn’t leave you gasping for air then your right there. Zone 2 is a heart rate zone and zone 2 training where you take advantage of your metabolic systems and strengthen aerobic pathways through long duration training.

    @chibisensei21 Anything mono structural. An hour long metcon where your HR is in zone 2 does not count what I mean is Like biking and power cleans would not be ideal because those cleans are a glycolytic event. My advise is swimming or biking. They for me are the least taxing on the joints when...

    @rossandsue I’m not sure what happened but his bike seat is waaaay too low which is really really inefficient. Not sure if he asked for that or if that’s how he was “fitted” but definitely a contributing factor
