    @a87 I feel like this is the case as I feel extremely weak in the position and can't apply force downwards. However, I am really good at leg raises, I can do reps from hang all the way till my head. If I do not engage my lats I can swing lots of rep till waist.

    @catholic4jesus Sorry I was referring to seated pike in my post. My standing pike is alright as I can touch my finger joints to the floor. Seated pike I cannot touch my feet.

    @jermyn Already am. I can pike alright from a standing up position which the Jefferson has helped me achieve, however its not translating well into the seating position.

    @hawke213x From my experience pushing failure has always resulted in the most growth and how I've broken through plateaus.
