    @ray0174 If you want to grow then you will need to eat in a surplus. 2200 calories sounds at best like maintenance (but could be a slight deficit) at 200 lbs.

    @annamarinewife That would only be like 100-200 kcal extra per day, maybe less if the pace is low. I would keep going like you are, if the trend stays around 0.75kg mark for another week I would increase deficit by another 250 kcal and see if the weight trend adjusts accordingly.

    @annamarinewife Your maintenance sounds high to me, the actual data of 0.75kg avg for the last two weeks would indicate that your actual deficit is 825 kcal per day. You might have simply overestimated your maintenance or as you ate in a large deficit you are no longer able to perform exercise...

    @amalthea333 Why don't you do your walk after dinner? It will help with digestion. It takes time for your gut to adjust to changes in diet so I would try to make the change gradually over a few months.
