    @luxchmi You won’t be able to do this on 3-5 reps, maybe 8~15 reps where the last 3 reps are total failure. The secret is high reps that include failure = strength gains and muscle mass gains. Your pushing for muscle pump with a lot of flexing. Low reps = some muscle mass gains more strength...
