    @firstlady77 I’m losing my hair because of genetics not creatine (haha). As far as I am aware there are no studies linking creatine use with hair loss.

    @professorphrink If you can’t articulate why creatine scares you with evidence that contradicts the science then there is no reason to be afraid. It is tremendous aid in bulking context and can help you gain like 5-15% more gains over the same period of time without it.

    @jayaraj Work on your hip and knee flexion. I agree that squats are not the ultimate leg builder exercise. But, they train your body and mind to handle hard movements.
