@ngeluq123 I have exercised before using these series: It’s in Russian but basically she manages it with 4 blocks of 2 exercises a day focusing on different muscle groups. It’s very beginner friendly but challenging at the same time. I would be completely wiped after each session and the next...

@nimitztrail Mostly I would like a smaller tummy and bigger butt but getting more defined muscles would also be a great bonus! I will definite start regularly doing body weight exercises and maybe will go to the gym once I feel more confident in my abilities :)

Can I achieve a better aesthetic with body weight exercises only?

@soulyrical I definitely find bodyweight programs challenging. All my limbs end up trembling after each session and I get sore muscles the next day so I guess it still makes a difference. As many suggested I will start with bodyweight and go to the gym once I feel I can do more!

@oleboy41 Yay body twins! Lol I also have a 3 year old :) and I also use only the treadmill about 3x a week. I’m starting some at home body weight program I had used before and hopefully I will feel confident enough soon to use the machines at the gym. I’m stocked that you’re seeing results...

Can I achieve a better aesthetic with body weight exercises only?

@echelon87 I’m actually trying that too! I was able to last 5 days on 16/8 but then the weekend hit me like a truck lol. I am trying to get back on again as I really liked how it made me more aware of what and when I was eating. I cached myself several times going for a late evening snack lol.

@pamray62 Thanks! That’s what I’m gathering from several of the comments, 1200 is too low and that’s why it was so hard! I just went with that because it worked for me a few years back but after having a baby it definitely seems harder. I will recalculate my calorie intake to be more...
