    @asenath Do you have chin-ups in your routine at all? That should be all the direct bicep stimulation you need, on top of other compound exercises. Assuming you're not a highly experienced bodybuilder, that is.

    @lowebo I know op said he tried to replicate the photo, but his pose is actually quite different in the second image. There's definitely more tension. Fair enough, they're 4 years apart. Hard to remember the exact way you stood 4 years ago.
