    @childofgodforever 3 days a week isn’t enough. Also late 30’s millennial here. I found a lot of success in my late 30’s with supplementing zone 2 cardio. If you can add 1-3 days per week of running/ rowing/ biking/ stair climber/ etc. I think you’d see a big difference...
