    @dawn16 What I did to get my weaker leg on par with the stronger one was to do 3 sets of 5 negative pistol squats.

    @zealcat Maybe try doing them on a levetated surface where your other leg can hang off the edge

    @piquedmyinterest Trained them the way I basicly train everything. Mon-Wed-Fri Although I couldn't resist showing off every once in a while haha

    My legs have always been my strongest part, and so I achieved the pistol squat on the right leg after 3 weeks of training. Since then I've been doing negatives on the left and positives on the right leg. I managed to get to 7 reps on the right leg while my left one, though it was getting slower...
