    @medbeel Recomp means you eat at maintenance while building muscle and burning fat It’s the eating at maintenance part that’s hard when you’re hitting the gym a lot, tends to make people hungrier You should track your cals if that’s your goal

    As a slow twitch domineant weight lifter, why would a gym manager yell at me for working out too much?

    @medbeel If your gym manager has an opinion about what you’re doing at the gym and feels he is allowed to express it to you, it sounds like time for a new gym Oh wait, you’re the guy who keeps getting asked to leave gyms, aren’t you?
