@blessed1ofhis I highly recommend you to buy and read Simple and Sinister by Pavel, not really for the routine but for form, expectations and KB general knowledge :-)

@19disciple44 I read Pavel's new book and he mentions "Knees tracking the toes' but I haven't done much thought to that, but I guess if Pavel says to do it it's probably correct, will see the video and reflect on it
