    Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

    @darksoul999 I did PPL + an arm day once a week for a year and got good gains from it. I think it's a great split for manual labourers such as myself who need more time to recover.

    Had insane growth then suddenly no growth, what gives?

    @mybridges I know kids who were fat in highschool that started benching those numbers. Some big boys have a strength advantage.
