    @austinsugden Maybe the bodybuilders are doing steroids. Even for being beach or spring break ready I don't think you should go below a 20-30% deficit.

    @motman10 Nooooo don't do it you should do GSLP or SS instead. Just kidding, follow the program and stop thinking you can make minor tweaks, because you can't. Stick to the program, eat lots of food and the results will come.

    @jimkbeau I hope you're not doing Jeff's personal workout or the PPL/Upper Lower ones he posts on YouTube. Fundamentals Hypertrophy is the only beginner program he has.

    @confusedgirl98 I'm pretty sure the programs he posts on YouTube are his own routines or they explicitly state they're for intermediate/advanced lifters.

    @prayersword Of course you need 7-8 hours of sleep but 6 hours plus a workout is okay and it's better than 7-8 with no exercise at all.

    @prayersword There's no one size fits all. If you want to do r/naturalbodybuilding then you need to do it anyhow. It's not like we're telling you to make some smoothie in a mason jar and eat your perfectly grilled chicken and salads unless you're into that kind of lifestyle already. Just drink...
