    @dawn16 How long are you warming up? Also what level of intensity are you trying to perform at? I couldn’t imagine anyone trying to do planche, handstand, etc. without warming up a bit.

    @dawn16 Well I can’t say for you. But personally I have much better performance, and less chance of injury when I warm up. If I handstand without warming up, my wrists feel discomfort and I normally can’t get a great line on my handstand without stretching my shoulders a little bit. I also...

    @jesusloverr Absolutely no reason not to warm up with dynamic stretches, jump rope, jumping jacks, etc. for 5 minutes.

    @thomaslowrens I’m stuck at advanced tuck too. It’s really such a hard skill to learn. And yes I do not want to be a super skinny guy doing a full planche, I train legs like you too. I feel like training the planche is a lot more mental than anything.

    @thomaslowrens I am 6 foot trying to achieve the full planche and the one arm handstand. Now I know it is possible, hopefully I can achieve it. I am only 170 pounds, and I am starting to think I will need to add more muscle weight. What do you think?
