@balabob There is but you need to buy equipment, I have this thing it's like a bench you put your feet in clamp them and turn the bench upside down so you hang from your ankles , it's hard becasue you can't do it for longer than a minute at a time

@typingsound I'm 1.74 too I walk around at 74 to 76 kg with similar belly fat as you and last summer I went hard at cardio and dropped to 70kg I had less belly fat but still had belly fat but my face looked like I shoot heroin on the weekends
@travis2014 Warm up your joints before workouts and strech after workouts , look up Iron wolf warm up its 5 mins and its good for getting everything started
