    @dawn16 Yeah, a bunch of the racks are just like that. There's a couple of stand alone racks that have the safeties on.

    @dawn16 I learnt the kettlebell exercises I do by attending the kettlebell class at my gym as well as having a previous personal trainer who liked to use them too. Sorry, I don't use a particular site.

    @dawn16 I found that I like hip thrusts because I can throw loads of weight on without any fear of getting stuck when failing. I still do both exercises but tend to be more cautious with BS progression than HT.

    @brianhex Ignoring my training program and just doing kettlebell swings when I'm feeling lazy. I don't wanna run round the gym waiting for equipment to be free. I want to grab a kettlebell and hide in the little side room where the aircon works and listen to my podcasts while I swing.

    I can’t even do a wall push. Not even one

    @alidvx I've been training for like 2 years and still can't do a single sit up, and I can only do 3 pushups on my feet before I have to put my knees down. Don't judge yourself too hard on your weak spots, just keep training and improving. You'll be better at some stuff than others, so don't let...
