    @silsophi I say pick three muscles to really hammer for one whole year. Obviously train your body with balance but if you prioritize 2-3 muscle groups with extreme volume and intensity for an entire year, and do that every year with different muscles I bet your physique would definitely change...

    Am I missing out if I dont squat ?

    @jayaraj I would say and agree with most comments here that squats translate much better to day to day life in terms of athleticism, strength, etc. But also if it's not for you then at the very least you're doing some hip hinge movement. Definitely try hack squats though!

    What made your arm grow the most?

    @setst777 Among the other great suggestions here, I recommend checking out RP's video about prioritizing muscle groups, might help you get over some programming issues.
