    Spiraling down a pandemic depression hole so I bought a treadmill

    @godzillla I started doing walking lunges at the end of my treadmill runs to strength train my glutes/quads and I really like that! That's coming from a mostly ex-powerfifter. Plus pushups and if you can get a place to do pullups (or negatives) and you've basically got a full body routine!!

    My spin instructor made me cry!

    @cepha What the fuuuuuck, ive done like 300 spin classes and can never imagine seeing this, thats crazy!!

    Did anybody stop short of their weight loss goals because they realized they liked their body at a higher weight?

    @wedemars do that recomp BABY. If you're happy where you are eat that maintenance. You'll be happier with the changes to your body from building muscle anyway, I can almost guarantee it. Go for those gaaains

    My roommates keep calling me gym obsessed.

    @kmar123 it's pretty much always jealousy, I mean maybe they are actulaly concerned it's too much but because it's pretty clearly not and you're ok with missing a day. They are jealous that they aren't that committed and trying to bring you closer to their level! I say this a lot with people...
