    @bagr4 First breakfast before gym or a run - 20g of an oatmeal blend (oats, coconut, chia seeds) Second breakfast once I'm hungry - 3 scrambled eggs sprinkled with cilantro or chives, 1 slice brown toast, a handful of spinach and some strawberries/raspberries, and 1 scoop chocolate protein shake
