    @hakeemnumber22 I mean 3 pull ups with weight. I can do around 6 or 7 unweighted pull ups.

    @hakeemnumber22 Do you think doing like 3 sets of 3 weighted pull ups 3 times a week is enough? Or would I have to do more reps to build strength?
