    @mike24 Try it again and pace it better. Break up the sets of 21 and 15 db snatches into two sets with 10 sec break. Do step up burpees and stay hunched over. Go smooth and steady.

    Am I doing too much?

    @thex I was similar to you. Could not gain weight or strength. I decided to drink 2 protein shakes a day with 3 eggs 2 scoops of protein and whole milk. Gained 30 lbs in about a month and a half and was a lot stronger. Key is to convince your body you are in a food rich environment.
